Terms & Conditions
Validity
The purchased support hours are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Any unused hours will expire after the validity period.
Support Scope
Support covers troubleshooting, guidance, and technical consultations related to AiData solutions.
Development, customization, and implementation requests are not included in the support hours.
